Patrick McDermott, Managing Director
 Patrick trained in some of the leading Irish Hotels and Restaurants including the Jurys Hotel Group and the Commons Restaurant before embarking on a career overseas which saw him tending to the needs of various Heads of State onboard such luxury cruise liners as Vistafjord as a member of the Dining Room Team, aboard Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) as Sommelier and as part of the Start-Up Management of the Queen Mary 2, the world's largest and most luxurious vessel. Patrick is a graduate of DIT, Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin, a member of the Irish Hospitality Institute and a founder of Barkeeper.ie.
